Electricity
The wiring is older — avoid running several high-draw appliances (kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.) at the same time, or you'll trip a breaker.

Heating
One switch near the library entrance controls floors 1–2. A separate switch on floor 3, near the boiler, controls that floor.
Keep it to 15–18°C, and turn it off when you head out for the day.

Sorting is taken seriously here — bins are near the villa gates, and the collection calendar is posted in the kitchen.

Pool safety

- No diving in the shallow end

Chemicals go in after dark
Cleaning chemicals are usually added in the evening — avoid the pool for several hours after. Safest to wait until the following morning.
